Critiques
First of all, I love--LOVE--the color scheme. The turquoise greens of the oxidized copper are gorgeous. The red sky and fiery lit structure in the background are also great.
Second, the scene itself. I love cityscapes and skylines. It is my opinion that the best way to do both is to do them at night (to make good use of all the lights) and to get as much detail and interesting stuff into one image. This panorama does that and does it well.
Third, the difficulty of the shot. Panoramas are never easy, but this image is seamless.
Finally, there are only two real things that bother me about this picture. Firstly, the blurred person to the left. I realize it being a photo of a public bridge makes it difficult to avoid people, but I think he/she detracts from the picture. Secondly, I wish there was a bit more of the image to the right. That way, the whole thing would be more centered. It's not a big deal, really, but just a suggestion for future reference.
Overall, I think this image is incredible, and it is far beyond my own photography skills. Bravo, and please make more like this!
